We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social service activities on secure online payment gateway as under:
- SHIVAA NGO offers a return policy to its Donors.
- Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall be reviewed, only if the donor feels that he /she made an error in the donation amount.
- The information regarding your return will be notified to you via email with the details of your refund.
- Because this online credit card, debit card, and net banking donation, we utilize for the specific purpose of poor beneficiaries, there is no possibility of refunding the amount after donating money to SHIVAA NGO through online.
- Once received the online donation for a social cause cannot be cancelled, as the donation will be used for the charitable activities -community development, sponsorship of children education and women development projects.
- The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the Donation.
- Please note that the refund will be done based on the current Rupees.
- Our Online Payment Gateway accepts payment only in Indian Rupees.
- The decision of refund shall be of trustees whether they want to refund the amount or not.
