As they say, it is the calling of the land. Our founder Mr Purshottam Bhardwaj Sharma manifested his thoughts in 1996 by acquiring a property at Wada. Without seeing the place, with just one idea in mind, to serve the needy and give back to the universe. A firm believer of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (‘the world is one family’). His concurrence to the sacred calling leads to the initiation for the tribal agricultural community, now known as SHIVAA NGO.

SHIVAA, which encapsulates our ideologies and endeavours as Shri Harihar Indian Village of Art and Agriculture. We strive towards the mental and ethical upliftment of tribal villagers through spiritual mediums and scriptural preaching.

We firmly believe that everyone deserves a fair chance in life. Since the past 23 years, we have dedicated ourselves to helping elevate the lives of these distressed individuals. We have considered and applied a very diligent approach to encourage growth in more than 500 villages of Wada. We strive in assisting them to grow and prosper in life. We do our best at giving every villager a decent shot at achieving a sustainable growth going ahead.

We believe nobody should be stripped off of their ambitions and everyone should have particular aspirations in life. SHIVAA helps individuals from tribal areas and keeps their sense of hope alive. We take all our effort in helping these people thrive and attain a flourishing life. We allow these oppressed people to bring their talents to light.

Our core ideals make us stand among the best NGOs working for tribal development in Maharashtra. We make sure not to leave any stone unturned and offer help to every deserving individual in accomplishing their goals.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on the life and teachings of the loving and kind Lord Shiva. It is the guidance of the almighty that led us to the foundation of the SHIVAA NGO. We believe that all life on this planet is a reflection of the almighty and it is into serving them devotedly, we serve and offer our prayers to the one true Lord.

Vision

SHIVAA NGO was initiated for the upliftment of the tribal villagers of the Ghodmal village and 23 years later, we have improved the lives of the tribal villagers. However, our aim is to inspire farmers by giving them the opportunity to participate in proper, well-informed, methodical agricultural practices and become contributing, productive members of society.
